How can I track my order?

What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened media cannot be returned unless it is found to be faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
My vinyl arrived warped or damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the shipping process begins. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes.
