We want you to love your music and merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all vinyl, CDs, and apparel are in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring that all media remains sealed and protected from transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
